Starting my weight gain journey

I (19) have decided to start my weight gain journey and will post and journal it online, I started around 110 - 115 but accidentally gained around 5 - 10 pounds when getting my Invisalign off, and with summer vacation started I thought I'd give it a try, yesterday my weight said 125 and I've tried to count calories with a goal of 3.5 - 4 thousand calories a day while staying sedentary for as much of it as I can, my current strategy is to indulge in what I enjoy while topping things off with heavy cream every now and then, I don't really have a long term goal right now but I would like to get to at least 150 or at least have a belly crease or even a belly hang, hope to bring lots of updates in the near future

Definitely under 200, I still want to function and be conveniently attractive my most people's standards, my max limit will definitely when I have a noticable double chin

So today I stepped on the scale and I was around 129.6 pounds, I decided to try a weight gain shake before bed tonight to pack on the calories, the one I came up with has around 2500 so that should be something, it's ingredients consist of heavy cream, ice cream, peanuts and olive oil, in total I tracked around 4500 calories but it's definitely more since I didn't track 2 of my meals, so hopefully I see results soon

That’s awesome! I had foregone my start but didn’t change my eating habits and that led to me being up 11lbs myself!
